Café
Euro Espresso.
Espresso is hard to define. It’s
a darker roast, a method of brewing that
forces hot water through finely ground
coffee, and even a coffee cuisine that
almost reaches cult status in many neighborhoods.
Café Euro is a special blend of
Arabica beans, dark roasted and ground
a bit coarser than most espressos for
more uniform brewing at home. It is low-acid
yet has the rich bitter-sweetness that
espresso drinkers love.

Single-Origin
Coffees: Most coffee connoisseurs
consider either Hawaii’s Kona
or Jamaica’s Blue Mountain
to be the world's finest coffee. The constant
debate about which is better is good-spirited but
needless since both are superb. Kona and Jamaica
Blue Mountain are single-origin, “varietal”
coffees. Like a great French claret, they have the
strength and character to stand by themselves as
wonderfully pleasurable taste experiences. No other
growing district can consistently make this claim.

Big Island Hawaii. (100% - not a blend.) Certified
Kona is considered by many connoisseurs to be
the ultimate coffee pleasure. A coffee with
the world-renowned Kona character, a full, rich
flavor with balanced acidity, great aroma and
long finish lacking bitterness. Unquestionably
one of the world’s finest coffees!

Kona Peaberry. The champagne of Kona
coffee! This is the most exclusive of all the
beans with only 5% of the crop producing Peaberry.
Instead of two beans to a cherry, Peaberry is
produced when only one oval compact bean develops
to maturity. Peaberry is highly prized for its
smooth, full flavor and low acid content. The
flavor in these small beans is simply more concentrated
so the Kona flavor jumps right out at you!

Grown only in a specially designated area of
the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. This legendary
coffee has blue green color, good acidity, intense
aroma, good body, and a clean feel. Often in
short supply, this year it is particularly scarce
